To maintain our ability to offer our clients engaging experiences while maintaining a fair
balance between our demands and those of our partners, our cancellation & refund policy are as following:

For ticketed experiences:
You may cancel your upcoming experience under the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellations made 5 or more days before the experience date will receive a full refund.
  2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 2-4 days before the experience date. However, you will have the option to defer your reservation once within the next 6 months.
  3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience. In exceptional circumstances, deferrals may be considered at the discretion of the team.
  4. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Transferring a reservation: You can assign your spot to someone else if you're unable to attend an experience. To schedule this, please mail us at or call us at +91 9899817676 during business hours.

Experience Postponement or Cancellation: You will get a complete refund if we postpone or cancel an experience. Or, if it's more convenient for you, you can choose to apply the booking money as credit toward any activity in the future.

Procedure for Refunds: After the cancellation date, all refunds will be processed promptly—within five business days. The original payment method used for the purchase will get a refund.

Regarding Private/Corporate events: Due to the special nature and degree of customization associated with these types of events, cancellation and refund policies are evaluated on an individual basis. Once your reservation has been confirmed, specific information will be sent to you.
